Job Openings: IT Technician and Systems Administrator

UNI International College SB SH.P.K. announces vacancies for two positions:
1. IT Technician
Duties and responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving equipment, software, printers, and network connections;
- Provide technical support to users;
- Install and maintain Windows and Linux systems;
- Perform basic administration and maintenance of computer networks;
- Administer user accounts;
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment and systems;
- Perform other duties related to the position.
Qualifications and criteria:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, and applications;
- Knowledge of computer networks;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux;
- Previous IT experience or a professional internship is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Responsibility and confidentiality when handling data.
2. Systems Administrator
Duties and responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems;
- Administer and maintain computer networks;
- Administer Windows and Linux systems;
- Monitor servers and backup systems;
- Administer and maintain the network infrastructure;
- Monitor and maintain system security;
- Administer user accounts and privileges;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues;
- Ensure the reliable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure;
- Perform other duties related to the position.
Qualifications and criteria:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Knowledge of computer networks, including IP, Gateway, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi;
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux;
- Knowledge of servers, virtualization, backups, monitoring, and cybersecurity;
- Previous experience administering IT systems is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Responsibility and confidentiality when handling data and administrative accounts.
