Call for Applications: Staff Training Mobility at Gazi University, Turkey

Universum International College announces a call for applications for academic and administrative staff mobility within the Erasmus+ programme in partnership with Gazi University, Turkey. This mobility aims to support staff professional development, exchange good practices, and strengthen international cooperation between partner institutions.

Mobility Details

• Type of mobility: Staff Training (STT)
• Host institution: Gazi University, Turkey
• Mobility period: June 2026
• Duration: 5 working days + travel days, according to Erasmus+ rules
• Activity: Training, exchange of experiences, and participation in professional activities organized by the host university

Financial Support

The mobility is supported with a daily grant and reimbursement of travel expenses, in accordance with the rules and conditions of the Erasmus+ programme.

Selection Criteria

The applicant must:

• Be part of the academic or administrative staff of Universum International College;
• Have an interest in professional development and internationalization;
• Have good communication and cooperation skills;
• Have English language proficiency, minimum level B1;
• Be motivated to represent the institution professionally.

Priority will be given to

• Staff who have not previously benefited from Erasmus+ mobility;
• Staff engaged in international projects and cooperation;
• Applications that contribute to strengthening interinstitutional cooperation and sharing knowledge after the mobility.
