Study abroad fair

Study abroad fair

A practical space where students meet university representatives, learn about Erasmus+ destinations, and build their study-abroad plan.

What is the fair?

The Study Abroad Fair at UNI is designed to help students understand international opportunities more clearly: Erasmus+ semester scholarships, partner universities, application criteria, and the steps required before mobility.

Instead of searching for information across many different places, the fair brings together the International Office, university representatives, students with mobility experience, and partners who can help with academic planning.

What can you do at the fair?

Meet partner universities

Discuss programmes, destinations, academic calendars, and expectations for studying at a partner institution.

Compare destinations

Review which countries, cities, and universities best fit your programme, language, budget, and goals.

Prepare your application

Get guidance on documents, criteria, English-language certification, transcript, and the application form.

Hear real experiences

Learn from students and staff who have joined international mobility and already gone through the practical process.

How to prepare

1

Review your programme

Check your study year, completed credits, and courses that could fit a semester abroad.

2

Shortlist destinations

Use the partner-university list to create an initial shortlist of countries and institutions that interest you.

3

Prepare questions

Ask about teaching language, housing, living costs, the Learning Agreement, and application deadlines.

4

Follow up with application

After the fair, check open calls and contact the International Office for the next steps.
