Overview

UNI - Universum International College offers the LLM in Law as a graduate program focused on the legal foundations, institutions, and compliance frameworks that govern modern financial systems. Students study banking law, securities regulation, AML/CFT, taxation, fintech, digital assets, ESG, insolvency, insurance, supervision, enforcement, and EU/global financial regulation. Through case-based seminars, legal memos, regulatory analysis, and research-methods training, the program prepares graduates to interpret financial-law instruments, evaluate policy trade-offs, and advise institutions with ethical, evidence-based legal reasoning.
