Staff mobility through Erasmus+

UNI-Universum International College welcomes staff from European partner universities through Erasmus+. Incoming exchanges are part of our internationalization strategy and create opportunities for professional development, teaching, training, and academic cooperation.

UNI staff are also encouraged to use outgoing mobility to teach, train, participate in international staff weeks, and develop new collaborations with partner institutions.

Staff mobility steps

Choose the mobility type

Confirm whether the mobility is for teaching, training, a staff week, or a cooperation visit.

Contact the International Office about the host institution, deadlines, documents, and institutional approvals.

Prepare the agreement

Complete the Mobility Agreement for training or teaching with the planned activities and outcomes.

Complete the mobility

After returning, submit the closing documents and share the experience with the relevant team or programme.

Application and stay information

How can incoming staff apply?

Staff from partner universities should first coordinate with their home institution and then complete the incoming application. After review, UNI contacts the applicant with programme and visit details.

What support is available during the stay in Kosovo?

During the stay in Kosovo, incoming staff can get to know the campus, programmes, academic teams, and local culture. The International Office shares key information for travel, accommodation, and the visit.
