International Students

In order to apply for undergraduate or graduate programs at Universum College please click the apply now (hyperlink) button and fill in the application form.  Send your necessary documents to the international.admissions@universum-ks.org.  Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

The following documents are the general documents requested from a Non- Kosovo citizen who wish to apply to Universum College for their degree studies. However, depending on the country additional documents may be requested in order to comply with the specific regulations of the Republic of Kosovo.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport at least 6 months due date of expiration
  • Diploma and graduation certification form high-school
  • Transcript of records
  • Diploma or transcript of University degree for graduate and transfer students
  • English proficiency certificate at least a year valid (TOEFL, IELTS, ANGLIA certificates are acceptable)

Copy of visa and residence/entry permit to Kosovo if applicable

Upon the completion of the application, process the incoming student will be notified with the acceptance e-mail containing the official acceptance letter and student contract. The incoming student will be opened and provided with the official student account, student ID and a student number which allows the student to easily access platforms, resources and college facilities.

Upon the arrival all the necessary information will be provided by the student services, program coordinator and international coordinator. The incoming students will be guided and assisted in every initial process. Additional information and material will be provided in the orientation day organized at the first week of the new semester.

Depending on the study program an incoming student selects, the program coordinator at Universum College will guide the student through the program curricula and a variety of courses offered in English that the incoming student can select and register. Moreover, program coordinator will assist the student with relevant information on:

  • How to register for a class;
  • How to drop or replace the class;
  • How to access the students’ software and platforms;
  • How to utilize the university resources;
  • How to direct, academic, non-academic and personal matters.

Prior to the arrival, students will be sent various accommodation alternatives. Alternatives of accommodation are secured from the real estate companies and partners of Universum College. These partners have always provided the most affordable and convenient options to our international staff and students. Generally, the living expenses in Kosovo are much lower when compared to the rest of the Europe. Hence, students are offered with the selection of accommodation depending on their budged. Students are also provided with additional resources where they can look online and find accommodation themselves. Universum College has various student clubs, in which Kosovo student ambassadors offer the necessary help to incoming students.
