The mission of the Universum Univeristy College is to offer a highly qualitative intellectual environment to the education grounds in Kosova, to increase the scientific involvement and contribution of the capable scholars into the edification basis, to bring knowledge at the gates of critique and to break the barriers between the modernity and the society’s education, through the enrichment of the freedom of academic speech and critique’s enlightenment.

Therefore, means to achieving this mission are:

Provide sound education to the Kosovar and regional student body
To maintain and develop the standards of excellence essential to the future of our students’ success and to provide the appropriate means to reach these ends
To foster scientific research
To continue to develop innovative and flexible educational approaches which serve the needs of the students
to emerge the scientific-inspiration value in the students’ behavior;
To encourage personal and social development of students through activities outside the classroom
To develop the Institute as a life-long learning centre
To foster international partnerships and programs
Arrange an incentive structure which fosters research and innovation on issues or interest to the local and regional economy
