Management

Universum University College has a very practical and ‘results oriented’ management scheme. It has three levels of Management: Board of Directors, Academic Council and Executive Board.

Board of Directors

Universum University College is governed by Board of Directors, which is the highest body of the Institute. It comprises powerful names from academia, business and public life in Kosovo and abroad. It meets regularly two times a year, sometimes more often based on the actual needs. Board sets objectives and approves Management plans.

Academic Council

Academic Council is the highest academic body within the Institute which sets academic objectives, approves plans, curriculum changes, new staff entries etc. It is comprised of all the full time faculty members, three part time teaching staff of each department and two representatives of student associations. It is chaired by the Rector.

Executive Board

Executive Board is the executive arm of the Institute which implements the policies of the Board of Directors and Academic Council. It is comprised of Head’s of Departments and Divisions and is chaired by Executive Director.
