Training in Business Law with Dr. Thomas Sleik

From 14 March till 18 March In Universum College was organized the training in Business Law with professor Dr. Thomas Sleik. This training fallowed representative from business community, banks, public institutions and student.  During this training were lectured topics like: comparison of legal system between USA and Europe, drafting and negotiation of business contracts, property rights, antitrust and forms of creating business.
Tom Sleik is an attorney with substantial experience in litigation. He works for Hale, Skemp, Hansen, Skemp & Sleik in USA. He has been honored for his work in Pro Bono Service by the State Bar. He is listed in Who's Who in America, Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in American Law.
